Comil honors employees with 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of service.
Tempo de Casa, an annual tradition, also celebrated the company's 40th anniversary this year with an evening of tributes.

According to the president of Comil, Deoclécio Corradi, the company's sentiment was conveyed when honoring its employees on the evening of Tuesday, June 9th, at the Brasão do Colosso restaurant. Forty-five public servants, who will complete 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of service in 2026, are recognized for their commitment and professionalism.

"A day to celebrate our history built together." Among those honored is Eduardo José Chmiel, an assembler in the Luxury Bodywork sector, who has been with Comil since 1991. At 35 years old, Chmiel said that the most memorable moment of his career was the beginning of the production of double-decker buses and the work environment and benefits that the company offers to motivate him to continue working. "Comil is part of many people's lives, including mine. Over the years, there have been challenges, learning experiences, and achievements." "I feel happy and fulfilled to be part of this Comil family," he stated.
On behalf of two shareholders, Deoclécio thanks everyone for their work, dedication, love, and respect for the company throughout these years. He also takes the opportunity to honor the employees who are close to completing 40 years with the company, with a heartfelt greeting. "Wearing our shirt, we embrace with conviction the certainty that together we will continue to write a beautiful story," he concluded.
This year, in a special way, the evening was also marked by recognition and gratitude to the shareholders. The Administrative and Financial Director, Carlo Corradi, closed the evening by highlighting: "Celebrating our company's anniversary is also celebrating and thanking what, 40 years ago, we believed in, invested in, and transformed into the reality we live in today (...)
