COMIL ESCOLA: 20 years transforming lives and rekindling dreams
In 2024, more than 1,000 employees were sensitized by the project and had the opportunity to complete basic education.
For two decades, the Comil School Program has been a transformative milestone for the employees of Comil Ônibus S.A., encouraging them to resume and complete their basic education. Since its inception, the project has impacted thousands of lives, providing a unique opportunity to finish Elementary and High School, opening doors to new personal and professional achievements.
In 2024, over 1,000 employees participated in awareness-raising initiatives promoted by the company. These actions emphasize education as a fundamental pillar for human and professional development. Participants are directed to schools in Erechim and the surrounding region, where they can resume their studies and continue their educational journeys. The results are remarkable: this year, 110 employees enrolled in the program, progressing toward earning their diplomas and broadening their horizons.
To celebrate these achievements, Comil organizes a special gathering for graduates, featuring tributes and diploma presentations. These moments highlight the recognition and appreciation of each participant's efforts.
Among the graduates, Natália de Lima Berti shared an emotional testimony about her experience: "This project represents dreams being reignited and goals becoming possible once again. With every step we take, we demonstrate that together, we are stronger. We want to thank Comil for inspiring us to grow and pursue our goals."
With renewed commitment for 2025, Comil Ônibus S.A. continues to mobilize its employees, solidifying its role as an agent of social transformation.
