Comil Ônibus honors its staff for their time at the company
Employees who had completed 20, 25, 30 and 35 years with the company were honored in an emotional ceremony.
A night of Recognition and Thanks at Comil Ônibus S.A.
On the evening of May 21, Comil Ônibus S.A. honored more than 50 professionals who had completed 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of dedication to the company. The Brasão do Colosso restaurant in Erechim was the venue for the “Time at Home” event, which was also attended by shareholders, the company's board of directors and managers, as well as family members of the honorees.
Inspiring testimonials
During the event, Mrs. Claire Fatima Klosinski, Full Buyer, who celebrated 20 years with the company, shared her career: “It was a dream to work at Comil, my husband was already part of the team and spoke very highly of it. I started in the plastics sector, then went to PCP - manufacturing, information engineering and I'm currently in the purchasing sector.”
“I followed in the footsteps of my father, Eduardo Chmiel, who has worked at Comil for over 30 years. I'd like to thank him for the opportunity and the confidence in my work. I come to work motivated and happy, always seeking to make a difference. And finally, thank you very much Comil!” said Marciel Chmiel, Senior Assembly Manager, who has been with the company for 20 years.
Elio Heimann, Cost and Budget Analyst SR, who has been with Comil for 35 years this year, also expressed his appreciation for the company: “What motivates me most at Comil is the freedom to express ideas and the friendliness of the people. Comil is a company of opportunities for professional and personal growth!”

The President of Comil Ônibus, Mr. Deoclécio Corradi, highlighted the importance of people to the company: “Our company began as a dream, a vision shared by a group of passionate and determined individuals.
