Comil Bus Honors its Team for Time at Home.
Employees who completed 20, 25, 30 and 35 years with the company were honored in an emotional ceremony.
A night of recognition and appreciation. This was the event “Tempo de Casa”, promoted by Comil Ônibus S.A.. The ceremony took place on the night of Tuesday, 23, at the restaurant Brasão do Colosso, in Erechim. At the event, 75 professionals who completed 20, 25, 30 and 35 years with the company were honored. In addition to the shareholders, board members and managers of Comil Bus, the honorees' families were also present.
In his deposition, Mr. Sérgio Rodrigues Garcia, Full Assembler, honored for 35 years with the company, commented: “In all these years I conquered many things, my family, professional recognition and many friendships. I also conquered my own house, I managed to help my wife and daughter to graduate. I would like to thank you for all these years of partnership, and pass on the message that you never give up on your dreams, because work ennobles people”.
“We have been organizing the Tempo de Casa event for more than 10 years. We have been following the most different stories, memories and also the happiness of employees for more than 10 years with their trajectory at Comil”, contemplates the Human Resources manager, Fernanda Parmeggiani, also honored for 20 years at the company.
For the President of Comil Bus, Mr. Deoclécio Corradi, the greatest asset of a company is its people: “A company is made of people. I feel that, in all these years, we form a big family. We would like to thank everyone: thank you very much for your dedication, care and affection for our company! We also want to thank you for the respect that all employees have for each other and, most importantly, respect for COMIL”, he praised. “I want to say here that it doesn't matter the work, the activity that each one does, what matters is that it is done well! I'm sure and confident that each one does the best they can. And when they ask “what do you do”, there is only one answer: I make Comil buses and I do them with quality!”, he concluded.
