COMIL ÔNIBUS Holds Intensive Training for over 400 Employees.

Comil Ônibus trained more than 400 employees in February, totaling 42,000 hours of training. The courses covered industrial techniques, safety, quality management and personal development. The initiative reinforces the company's commitment to the qualification and excellence of its team.

In February, Comil Ônibus reinforced its commitment to excellence by promoting an intensive training program for its team. Focused on professional development and training, the initiative benefited 437 employees in the sector, totaling an impressive 42,000 hours of training. Each employee received an average of 96 hours of training, with essential content for the continuous improvement of production and workplace safety.

The training covered several areas that are critical to employee development, including industrial techniques, safety standards, quality management and complementary skills. Courses such as MIG/MAG Welding, Automotive Painting, Automotive Electricity, Cutting and Sewing, Drawing Reading and Interpretation, Metrology, Hand and Pneumatic Tools, Production Process and Comil Maintenance were offered. In addition, employees also received training in Occupational Safety, Ergonomics, NR 12 (Saws and Presses), NR 11 (Pallets and Bridges) and NR 35 (Working at Height).

Other topics covered included Lean Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, 5S and Good Environmental Practices. In the area of ​​personal and professional development, training included Gel Application, Part Assembly and Kit Assembly, Professional Attitude, Comil Values, Discipline, School Meals, Diversity, Family Budget and Emotional Intelligence.

The program was attended by 28 instructors, most of whom were internal professionals, reinforcing Comil Ônibus' technical knowledge and organizational culture. In total, 26 classes were formed to meet the different training demands.

The response from participants was extremely positive, reflecting a level of satisfaction and demonstrating the significant impact of this initiative on the professional development and engagement of employees.
