Continuous Development and Training
One of the pillars of COMIL's talent management philosophy is the investment in the continuous development of interns. To this end, biweekly meetings are held focusing on professional and personal training and improvement. These meetings cover essential topics related to the company's operations as well as fundamental behavioral issues for the participants' growth.
Highlights of the 2024 Internship Showcase
The 2024 Internship Showcase was marked by the presentation of 13 projects that demonstrated the interns' technical skills, as well as their creativity and innovation.
