Strategic Alignment marked the month of May at Comil Ônibus S.A.

In May, the Comil Ônibus S.A. management team carried out a Strategic Alignment, focusing on market analysis, strengthening the organizational culture and reviewing projects.

The month of May was also marked by the Strategic Alignment of the management team at Comil Ônibus S.A. The meeting took place on Thursday, 23/05, and was attended by directors, managers, coordinators and supervisors of the company.
The meeting began with an analysis of the history and market of the company Comil Ônibus, presented by Mr. Carlo Corradi, Financial Administrative Director, followed by the strengthening of Comil Culture, with the HR Manager, Ms. Fernanda Parmeggiani. The alignment of the company's vision and values ​​and the review of ongoing projects, aiming to achieve the company's objectives over the next three years, were the main points discussed. The work was supported by the consultancy firm Relatom – Análise em Gestão, a partner company that has been working on culture and management issues. Thursday afternoon was dedicated to the construction of actions by Comil managers, seeking assertive and quick results, in accordance with the company's objectives. 
“One of the biggest challenges facing organizations today is implementing the necessary changes in an environment of disruption, transformation and uncertainty. Planning, alignment and strengthening relationships marked our meeting”, reported Fernanda. “We have a lot of work ahead of us, but we know that together we will go further on this journey of evolution and growth!”, he concluded. Mr. Marcelo Maulapes added: “We at Relatom were very impressed with the high level of contribution from everyone, the team spirit and the sense of overcoming demonstrated in this meeting, proving, once again, the enormous potential for achievement of this team !”
