Comil celebrates 40 years with profit-sharing payment to its team

This year, Comil celebrates its 40th anniversary and reaffirms its commitment to its employees by carrying out the payment of its Profit Sharing Program (PPR). This program represents an important milestone for the company, reflecting Comil’s commitment to valuing the efforts of its team and recognizing each professional’s contribution to the results achieved. It also reinforces the importance of dedication, engagement, and collaboration from everyone.
The total payment exceeded R$4.4 million, distributed to employees according to the achievement of both collective and individual goals.
“Today is a day to reap the rewards of our work, our commitment, and the results we achieved individually and collectively in 2025,” highlights Carlo Corradi, Administrative and Financial Director. “With this program, we aim to strengthen team spirit and continue our work, aligned with our vision of being recognized for the quality of our products and the care in every detail.
