Erechim, October 1, 2025 – Comil Ônibus S.A., one of Brazil’s leading bus manufacturers, officially announces to the market, customers, suppliers, and partners the conclusion of its Judicial Reorganization process, after fulfilling all obligations under the plan approved by creditors and ratified by the Court. The judicial decision marks the end of a challenging stage and the beginning of a new phase, consolidating the company’s financial health and operational capacity.
Employees who completed 20, 25, 30, and 35 years with the company were honored in an emotional ceremony.
Comil Ônibus trained more than 400 employees in February, totaling 42,000 hours of training. The courses covered industrial techniques, safety, quality management and personal development. The initiative reinforces the company's commitment to the qualification and excellence of its team.
